½ c Brown Sugar
3 tbsp paprika
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp cocoa powder- pure not Hershey's ; )
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp pepper
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
This is absolutly one of those recipes that you could use any of the NJS sauces. Play around with it and change the juice/liquid you use to go along with the sauce.
4 lbs Pork Shoulder
6 ¾ oz Organic Apple Juice
½ jar NJS Toffamel or Saweet Heat Or GOSH or That’s A Spicy Pear or Strawberry Habanero...really they are all so good you should try all of them !!
1. Rub Pork with spice blend of your choice and
add to slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours
2. Shred pork and add NJS Toffamel , mixing to combine
3. Serve half as sandwiches and save other half for some nachos, or Shepard's pie, or omelets.. The possibilities are endless
